  • To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.
  • Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” when purchased.

  • Transit Damage: If the product was damaged during delivery.

4. Refund or Exchange Process

  • Exchanges:
    • You can exchange eligible items for the same product or another of equal or higher value (you’ll need to pay the difference if applicable).
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.

5. How to Initiate a Return

    • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via:
    • Please provide your order number and explain the reason for your return.
  2. Approval Process:
    • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label or details on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • We’ll cover the return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items.
    • For other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes inspection.
  • For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or through bank transfer.
